Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp and Leapsome all run performance reviews, goals and engagement surveys. They differ in what they are built around, how they sell, and what changed in 2026.
Short answer:
- Lattice suits teams that want structured review cycles and OKRs at a published per-seat price, with a $4,000 annual minimum. It no longer offers an HRIS.
- 15Five suits companies whose main problem is manager effectiveness. Its weekly check-ins, 1-on-1s and coaching add-ons are built around that, and its full platform is $16 per user per month.
- Culture Amp suits organizations where engagement measurement leads, with survey benchmarks and People Science support. Pricing is quote-only.
- Leapsome suits companies that want an HRIS and talent tools in one system. Every account starts with its Agentic HRIS, and modules are priced individually.
Lattice vs 15Five vs Culture Amp vs Leapsome at a Glance
What Changed in 2026
The biggest change is Lattice's exit from HRIS: payroll ended on March 31, 2026 and the HRIS shut down on July 31, 2026. Lattice told customers it would focus on its talent suite and AI (OutSail). Some comparison pages still describe Lattice as an HRIS plus performance platform; that option no longer exists.
Four other changes affect a 2026 shortlist:
- Lattice raised its list price. Foundations is $13 per seat per month on Lattice's pricing page; many directories still show the older $11.
- 15Five's Perform plan is $11 per user per month. Older pages list $8 or $10, and a Total Platform price of $14 rather than $16.
- Culture Amp's pricing page lists Engage and Perform only, with AI Coach in every plan and People Science Consulting as an add-on. Pages that still describe a separate Develop module are out of date.
- Leapsome made its HRIS the base of every plan. Agentic HRIS Foundation is required for any module, and it is free with a module for contracts signed by December 31, 2026.
All four now also connect to AI assistants through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so people can query their performance or survey data from tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
How Much Do Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp and Leapsome Cost?
For performance reviews, goals and engagement surveys together, list prices run from $15 to $17 per employee per month for the three vendors that publish them. Culture Amp quotes every deal. The totals below use list prices only, before negotiated discounts.
Our calculation from list prices on each vendor's pricing page, October 27, 2026.
Lattice Pricing
Lattice sells three base products, Performance ($10), Goals & OKRs ($8) and Engagement ($4) per seat per month, or the Foundations bundle at $13. Foundations covers Performance, Goals & OKRs, analytics, the AI Agent and integrations. Compensation adds $6 and Grow (career tracks and IDPs) adds $4. Contracts are billed annually in US dollars, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement, so a team below about 26 seats on Foundations pays the minimum rather than the per-seat rate. Lattice says there are no extra implementation or change-management fees for its performance software.
15Five Pricing
15Five lists Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user per month, billed annually. Perform includes AI-assisted reviews, calibration, 360 reviews, OKRs, weekly check-ins and 1-on-1s. Add-ons include Kona Coach ($19 per manager per month), Kona Notetaker ($2 per employee), Compensation ($9, or $11 with Mercer salary benchmarking) and manager training content ($49 per manager). Buying Engage and Perform separately comes to $15, so Total Platform's extra dollar pays for manager microlearning and the HR dashboard. Its standard packages carry no minimum, though some add-ons do.
Culture Amp Pricing
Culture Amp does not publish prices. Its pricing page says cost depends on the number of employees, the product chosen (Engage, Perform or both) and the service tier, and that everything is billed annually. Service tiers are split by size: under 200 employees, 200 to 999, and 1,000 and above, with more hands-on support at each step.
Leapsome Pricing
Leapsome starts every account with Agentic HRIS: Foundation at 7 per employee per month or Pro at 10, with the same figures listed in US dollars, euros and pounds. Foundation is free with any Talent Suite module for purchases by December 31, 2026. Modules are priced separately: Performance Reviews 7, Recruiting 5, Goals & OKRs 4, Engagement Surveys 4, Learning 4, Compensation 3 and Time Tracking 3. Leapsome's estimator excludes multi-module and volume discounts, and its FAQ gives an implementation time of 1 to 4 weeks with no setup fee.
Meet ThriveSparrow: A Fifth Option Worth Comparing
ThriveSparrow is an AI-native, all-in-one employee success platform that brings performance reviews, goals and OKRs, engagement surveys, recognition, feedback and 1:1s together for $9 per employee per month, billed annually. We make ThriveSparrow, so we have included it in the comparison below using our own product data, next to the same checks we ran on the other four.
The four platforms above cost $15 to $17 per employee per month at list for reviews, goals and engagement. ThriveSparrow's Full Platform (see pricing) covers those three and adds recognition:
- Performance: 360-degree performance reviews with calibration, the 9-box grid and AI-powered personal development plans built from review results.
- Engagement: pulse, eNPS and lifecycle surveys in 100+ languages, with QR-code and SMS access for deskless staff, plus AI sentiment analysis and AI action plans.
- Recognition: Kudos peer recognition with nominations, company awards and a rewards marketplace of 800+ global gift cards.
- Manager tools: 1:1s and continuous feedback, free on every plan.
- AI built in: Infer AI flags burnout and disengagement signals in survey data, AI sentiment analysis reads open-text comments, and AI Coach answers questions using your survey, goal and performance data.
Modules are also sold on their own, from $2 per employee per month for Kudos to $5 for Performance.

To be clear about the trade-offs: we don't offer a native HRIS like Leapsome, compensation planning like Lattice, 15Five or Leapsome, a learning management system, or people science consulting like Culture Amp. For a side-by-side look, see ThriveSparrow vs Lattice, Culture Amp or Leapsome.

How Do ThriveSparrow, Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp and Leapsome Compare?
All five cover the core of performance management, so the deciding features sit at the edges: survey delivery, recognition and rewards, development tools, HRIS, compensation and learning. For Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp and Leapsome, "Yes" means the feature appears on the vendor's site or in our product research, "Limited" means partial support, and "Not listed" means we could not find it on the vendor's site, not that it is confirmed missing.
